I plan to sleep early tonight, say 8:00 pm. I want my hands to feel something again by the time I wake up because I need to do the laundry (it's piling up). It'll be good too if it causes me to wake up real early so I can catch the morning breeze (albeit polluted *cough*).
I just need to be kind to myself for a little while longer.
